Below is a list of the 110 apps available on the elementary iPads in CMCSS when they are first loaded. These are all free apps. The spreadsheet below has a picture of the icon, the name, developer's name, some content areas that align with the app, and a brief description about the app. This IS NOT every app used on every iPad in the district. This is just meant to get you started on planning iPad use in your lessons, small groups, and centers.
You can scroll through the list to view the base set of iPad apps. The list can also be sorted or filtered.

As an educator, you should feel free to add any FREE apps with appropriate content to meet your students' learning needs. With that said, there is no way to keep up with all the apps used at different schools. Also remember, our district must pay the app's fee per iPad for any purchased apps and that can only be done through the bookkeeper at your school, not iTunes or App Store cards.
